Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers should read, understand and accept the booking terms and conditions before your trip is booked and paid for , which then leads to an agreement with BV Wildlife Adventures .
1. Customers should be aware of the possible risks that are associated with travel , in particular in the context of adventurous activities such as trekking , climbing, walking safaris, safari trips and diving. Important is that the customer checks their condition before booking a trip including the ascent of Kilimanjaro.
2.  Bookings for children under 18 years can only be accepted when the person traveling with an adult.
3. In the unlikely event that the booked accommodation is not available on arrival at hotel / camp / lodge , undertakes BV Wildlife Adventures to offer alternative accommodation in a hotel or camp in a category with at least the same status as it booked .

7. Amendment of confirmed booking prior to departure. We reserve the right to charge for the extra administration , if you have booked your trip and then decide to make changes to the trip.
8. Amendment of confirmed booking during the trip. If you decide to change your travel plans during the trip , it is your responsibility and BV Wildlife Adventures is not responsible for any costs or difficulties that may arise as a result of such changes.
9. Adventure Travel. Note that we do for our customers provides superior guides, porters and security equipment . We are not responsible for guides and rangers who work for TANAPA (Tanzania National Parks ) and similar authorities . If you are forced to abandon an activity because of your physical limitations will be no refund of park fees will be made.

11. Contract. The contract is binding on both parties , when BV Wildlife Adventures has confirmed in writing the traveler’s order.
12. Registration fee and final payment. BV Wildlife Adventures charges an initial down payment (deposit ) of 2500 SEK in connection with its conclusion. Final invoice on the trip are due 2-3 weeks prior to departure and is obtained along with the travel documents .

14. Cancellation charges. At BV Wildlife Adventures individual travel and travel in groups. Cancellation Costs for cancellation :
* More than 45 days before departure : 10% of tour price
* Between 45 and 30 days before departure : 25% of tour price
* Between 30 and 15 days before departure : 50% of tour price
* Less than 15 days before departure : 100% of tour price
15. Timetables. Flight times accompanying acknowledgments are preliminary. Exact times announced together with the travel documents and BV Wildlife Adventures is not responsible for any schedule changes . Make it a habit to always check with the airlines. We are not responsible for any missed flight due amended timetable.
16. Traveler’s checks of travel documents . The traveler is responsible for checking the travel documents as soon as they are received. Any errors must be reported immediately.
17. The correct name when booking. When booking , the traveler’s responsibility to provide correct name is spelled according to the pass. Most airlines do not allow adjustments of names and even a change of spelling can mean cancellation and new reservation with thus subsequent costs.
18. Passports and visas. The passenger is responsible for passport (must be valid until at least 6 months after your return , have at least one blank page , and be completely and machine-readable ) and entry visas are valid according to their national legislation.
19. Timetables. Flight times accompanying acknowledgments are preliminary. 20. Vaccinations / medications. Each traveler is responsible for at vaccination center or doctor get accurate recommendations for the trip, designed for their own situation. For those with a sensitive stomach or want to reduce the risk of travelers’ diarrhea recommended a drinkable vaccine , Dukoral. For the trip to Tanzania requires vaccination against Yellow Fever . We also recommend malaria prophylaxis in the form of tablets or solution.
